Club Footie is an online football community for children aged 7 upwards who play or are interested in football.
At its heart, Club Footie allows children to compete against each other in online timed football challenges to see who has the best footie knowledge on the planet.
Club Footie is unique because it links the virtual world with the real world of grass roots children's football through Funds4Football.
Club Footie encourages children from FA registered youth football teams and school football teams to get their clubs/schools to register.
Club Footie provides a fun environment that allows children to have fun and at the same time help their clubs and schools.
In Club Footie, Footie Balls are linked to cash prizes enabling players to help out their school and /or local club.
Each month there will be prizes for the top scoring clubs, schools and leagues who have registered with Funds 4 Football.
During 2012 new functionality will allow players to exchange Footie Balls for equipment for their football club including: balls, bibs, cones, kit, goals, boots, finance, tuck shop food etc… watch this space!
