Most of us in the squad at Club Footie are either parents, teachers or coaches. We want our kids to have a safe online experience. The philosophy that under pins the creation of Club Footie is three fold namely knowledge, sport and fun.
As parents you may have lots of questions about how the site works and about how the funds are generated and distributed through funds4 football. All kids love to network with their friends. After you have consented to the registration of your child on clubfootie.com your child will be able to invite friends into his or hers network that we have called My Footie Zone. In addition to the self policing that is done through the Club Footie Referee this area is moderated and messages are filtered. Our moderators will review content that in our opinion is not in the spirit of Club Footie. All messages sent within the site are currently controlled from preset lists and have gone through an approval process. To connect with other Players on clubfootie.com your children need to know their friends screen names and become a Fan of them by clicking the Become A Fan button. It is up to the recipient of the invitation to decide whether or not to reciprocate and become their fan as well.
Once Players are fans of each other they can send each other messages and invite each other to be in their own bespoke leagues. They can also write messages within each others Footie Zones via Talk Footie.
In giving your permission for your child to have a Club Footie account your child could have the opportunity of being featured within our “Winner of the Week” quiz competition. The featured name would be your child’s screen name and their unique avatar would be featured.

Your child’s knowledge of football will be enhanced by his or hers experience of clubfootie.com. The aim of the site is to educate and inform children about football even if they do not play the game itself. We want the site to add to your child’s knowledge of reading, arithmetic, history and geography to enhance what they are learning at their school. As your child progresses through our five leagues they will get the opportunity to enhance their Player and make new online friends around the world.
The Funds 4 Football part of the Club Footie website is only meant for adults namely parents, guardians, teachers and coaches. It is through Funds 4 Football that the Footie Balls accumulated by your child can be used as not just as virtual currency to enhance their Player but as real currency to purchase equipment for their club, league or school. This can only be done through the club official who is registered within the Funds 4 Football website and who is a recognised official of their club. The Club Footie balls cannot be transferred into actual money. It is planned that these Footie Balls could be used in the purchase of equipment for your child’s registered club, league or school. This makes Club Footie a unique experience for your child who not only benefits from being part of the site but also has the opportunity to support their local club, league or school.

The period of the auto-renewal of any subscription shall be the same as the period of initial subscription, unless otherwise disclosed to You at the time of purchase. With respect to virtual currencies and/or goods, you understand that they can only be used in connection with the Club Footie Limited Sites. You have no other right or title in or to any such items and we may control, modify, discontinue manage or otherwise regulate these items from time to time. You understand that these items cannot be traded outside of the virtual world for money or other items for value.

We will send you an e mail accepting your order and advising you of despatch of the goods. Your orders may be amended at any time before this e mail is sent. Orders cancelled after despatch shall be subject to a handling charge. See Return and Refunds below.
Goods damaged in transit and short deliveries
If goods delivered are damaged in transit or items are missing the carriers note should be endorsed accordingly. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged or missing items that have been signed for as received in good condition. If goods are damaged or missing then please immediately contact our Customer Services Department who will investigate the problem and arrange for the despatch of replacement goods as applicable. Shortages, damage or non-delivery should be notified within 4 days of the invoice date.
If you wish to return goods correctly supplied to your order, call Customer Services within 7 days of delivery and providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging we will offer you a refund less the cost of return carriage and a 20% handling charge.
If goods delivered are damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services within 7 days of delivery. Shortages or Non-delivery should be notified within 7 days of the invoice date. The problem will be investigated and replacements despatched as soon as possible.
